A shop-vac gets the visible puddle. Our Water Extraction process is built for what's still soaking into materials underneath, which is where the real damage lives.

Different surfaces hold water differently — concrete, hardwood, and carpet pad each need their own extraction technique and dwell time, not a single generic approach applied to all three.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Truck-mount capacity handles larger losses without slowing down partway through.
We test multiple points across the affected area before calling extraction complete.
Local staging near Lexington cuts the wait between your call and equipment arriving.
The quote reflects the actual square footage and severity, not a per-gallon meter running up.
Every part of water extraction work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Standing water comes out first, then detailed extraction moves into carpet, pad, and seams.
Specialized wands lift water between boards without forcing moisture deeper into the wood.
Pad gets extracted independently from the carpet surface, since it retains water far longer.
Slab surfaces absorb and release moisture on a different timeline than wood subfloor.
Furniture and upholstered items get evaluated on-site for extraction versus replacement.
We don't sign off on extraction without a documented reading behind it.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
We don't cherry-pick which water extraction jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.

Jasper L., Lexington"They tested pad separately from carpet, which caught moisture I would've missed entirely."
Rosalind P., Lexington"Extraction from our finished basement slab was handled with a completely different approach than I expected, and they explained why."
Micah S., Lexington"The pad testing caught moisture the carpet surface alone never would have revealed."
Fernanda Q., Lexington"Extraction under a built-in bookshelf unit was handled without us having to empty and move it ourselves first."
Zora P., LexingtonThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 68850, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Lexington address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our water extraction service area, just call — we'll confirm quickly rather than making you guess.
